- Eligibility: Open to South African residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Katekile Escapes, their immediate families, and any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter
- Closing Date: The competition runs from the 1st to the 30th of June 2025.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 1 July 2025 and notified via email. They will need to claim their prize by responding within 72 hours (3 days). Thereafter a new winner will be drawn. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry Requirements: Entry is through the form above and entries will be verified.
- Booking Requirements: Booking dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 30 days in advance. Certain peak periods and public holidays may be excluded.
- Validity: Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the announcement date (by 1 July 2026).
- Non-transferable: The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- Group Size: The prize is for a maximum of 6 guests. Should the winner wish to upgrade to an 8-sleeper unit, is subject to availability and an additional charge may apply.
- Transport: Transport to and from the venue is not included in the prize.
- Extras: Meals are not included. Optional extras such as game drives, massages, and bush walks must be booked in advance and are not included in the prize.
- Responsibility: Katekile Escapes accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this competition or from accepting the prize.
- Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes in relation to this giveaway.
